Intercultural paradigm and translation as a means of intercultural understanding and a subject of study
Abstract
Student's qualification intercultural communication abilities are mostly oriented on taking into consideration the national specifics in contacting cultures. Such orientation responds to the quintessence of the newest scientific research both in the civilization theory and the theory of languages and cultures. Presentation of the material provided at such an angle during the lessons on translating as a means of mutual intercultural understanding and the subject of study is based on the assumption of the uniqueness of each communicative event as well as on the essential ambiguity of a language which emerges while creating and interpreting messages during an act of communication.

Some special features of spanish spesch strategy and tactics

The article is focused on the manner of Spaniard to speak, to conduct dialogue, converting it into the monologue and vice versa. Vladislav Khodasevich, silent as a poet in 1928, is inscribed in the context of Russian literature and philosophy (IE Baratynsky, F. Dostoyevsky, Mandelstam, P. Florensky, A. Tolerant pedagogical communication: problems and recommendations
Abstract
The article analyzes the basic principles and concepts of tolerance and intolerance communication, we study the cultural and historical factors are intolerant of pedagogical communication, describes the interdependence of the quality of communication and professional deformations of the teacher, are defined their cause, are classified verbal and non-verbal manifestations of professional and educational strains. There are recommendations on the formation of tolerant attitudes of the teacher. This article presents a fragment from a dictionary of terms tolerant pedagogical interaction. Abstract
Researchers' interest towards the problematic of linguistic persona training and their preparation for functioning in the domain of professional communication represents multiple meaning and deepness of this phenomenon and proves the urgency of further scientific and practical research. Jurisprudence is one of linguistically intensive fields of study, therefore mastering oral and written speech is essential for a lawyer's qualification. While teaching Russian as a second language to the students, one should take into consideration legal practice in modern social environment in order to form their skills of rational linguistic behavior in different situations of professional communication.
