This article touches upon the Germany and Russia native speakers' wishes usage specific features. It deals with the issue of historical and cultural influence which considered to be very important in wishes usage study.

The article deals with the main criteria of textual activity technology acquirement. The author gives due regard to lingua (semi)sociopsychology as methodology of investigation and suggests a culturally conditioned scenario on the basis of textual activity frame.
