INFORMATIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS OF THE STATES - MEMBERS OF THE CIS: EXPERIENCE OF REFLECTION OF THE TODAY’S SITUATION
Abstract
This article reviews some results of CIS countries collaboration in using ICT in education and distance learning. Author analyses the intention and aspirations of the team of experts - creators of the project of Agreement of CIS countries in ICT using in their education systems and final text of the Agreement. Unfortunately final concluding text has not got any real mechanisms and common projects for serious development of the collaboration in this sphere and further integration of education systems of the CIS countries. Further author critically assesses some new troubled trends of regulation of the arrangement and providing of distance learning in Russia (especially non-adequate using of quality management terminology and reasoning) and makes conclusions and propositions for further development in this important area.

Abstract

Abstract
