Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the leading concept ideas of the managing of the educational process at the university; the development of various discrete managing systems, carrying out the realization of the strategy of the university development, the improvement of the professional qualities of the teaching staff and personal morals of the students; the creation and further development of the managing system of the university, controlling the realization of the innovative educational programs, providing interaction and correlation of the components of the educational process with the innovative one and their coordination to the changing conditions of the environment.
