Scale migration: alienation or tolerance?
Abstract
Contemporary transnational processes are evidence that the planet is in a stage of migration flows. Common place in mass immigration without necessarily more comprehensive foreign cultural adaptation of immigrants to the norms and values of the main ethnic groups. Classified as a dominant “sources of migration”. This is in immigrant communities has led to the emergence of alternative languages for communication, lifestyles, special forms of social and cultural communication.

The FSES (Federal State Educational Standart) result achievement of the migrant children: collective forms of education in the multicultural educational sphere
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of different types of organization of bilingual education. The author believes it is important not only educate migrant children the state language, but also learn other subjects in Russian successfully; and the problems of upbringing and education of children are being related to the ideas of their full socialization. From this point of view the organization of the Russian language lesson is considered, collective forms of work are determined, which will let a practicing teacher organize the education of migrant children in the regular school conditions.

Abstract
This article deals with the problem of formation of linguistic-cultural and polysubject competence of a foreign student at the stage of pre-university education. The article covers the methodological approaches of value formation through work with the feature films materials, as well as the main stages and types of exercises that contribute to the formation of communicative competence of a foreign student. The problems related to the formation of tolerance to a different culture and different ethnic groups are also highlighted.

Abstract
The phenomena of language and culture polyphony are in focus in the given article. Culture from the point of view of linguo-cultural studies is presented. Linguo-culture as such, as well as vocabulary, semantics and grammar of linguo-culture are defined. The necessity of culture and linguo-culture consideration in the process of language teaching is grounded, and the importance of lingual-cultural competence formation is propounded.

Topical issues of reforming of language education
Abstract
The present article is devoted to questions of occurring innovative reforming of language education. In article it is noted that the key line of reforming is reduction of classroom training in language and expansion of studying of language in an electronic format, including in a network. Similar expansion is possible only with existence of enough of electronic means on all aspects and level of training in language. The application of educational translation in a certain degree belongs to all main aims of learning Russian among foreign philologists-specialists in Russian philology. The successful application of educational translation in many respects depends on degree of compliance to subjective interests of students. Different types of educational translation are widely applied to satisfaction of certain motives of language studying: informative, subject and functional, esthetic, entertaining, etc. The proper correlation of educational translation, monolingual speech training and practice promotes formation of the necessary motivational base which improves the studying process in whole.
