Contemporary transnational processes are evidence that the planet is in a stage of migration flows. Common place in mass immigration without necessarily more comprehensive foreign cultural adaptation of immigrants to the norms and values of the main ethnic groups. Classified as a dominant “sources of migration”. This is in immigrant communities has led to the emergence of alternative languages for communication, lifestyles, special forms of social and cultural communication.

The importance of studying of communicative behavior of representatives of different ethnocultures locates in article when forming cross-cultural competence. The communicative behavior is considered as an integral part of national culture. It is claimed that efficiency of cross-cultural interaction is caused by knowledge of features of national and cultural specifics of verbal and nonverbal behavior of kommunikant.

This article deals with the problem of formation of linguistic-cultural and polysubject competence of a foreign student at the stage of pre-university education. The article covers the methodological approaches of value formation through work with the feature films materials, as well as the main stages and types of exercises that contribute to the formation of communicative competence of a foreign student. The problems related to the formation of tolerance to a different culture and different ethnic groups are also highlighted.

In article the author investigates a problem of formation of cross-cultural competence and its value for professional skill at achievement of constructive dialogue in the process of training various spheres of life and activity.

In article experience of carrying out courses on Russian, history and the right of Russia for foreign citizens in Yekaterinburg is analyzed, various options of drawing up lecture courses and test tasks on history and the right, focused on applicants for the Russian nationality and the work permit are considered.

The present article is devoted to questions of occurring innovative reforming of language education. In article it is noted that the key line of reforming is reduction of classroom training in language and expansion of studying of language in an electronic format, including in a network. Similar expansion is possible only with existence of enough of electronic means on all aspects and level of training in language. Universal possibilities of electronic self-directed education method are observed on the example of teaching a new discipline — ethno-colouristics (in German language).

The article discusses the barriers — information and code — resulting in the perception of advertising discourse. The texts of outdoor advertising in Moscow are analyzed. It is concluded that the causes of barriers arising from polikode nature of such texts.

The article addresses the issues related to the development of students’ communicative competence in a Russian, to the necessity of mastering their standard spoken language and speech etiquette as an important part of this competence, and describes a mechanism by which it could be practically implemented in the course “Culture of speech for foreigners”.

The article focuses on the necessity of developing specific tutorials to study Russian verb by means of mneumonics within the pre-university period.

Debates are a pedagogical instrument, mechanism of familiarizing the participants to the norms and values of civil society, allow students to adapt to the conditions of modern society requires the ability to compete, to debate, to defend their interests on the basis of knowledge of the legal framework and the ability to apply their knowledge.

The article is devoted to the analysis of lingvistic-cultural universality and dominants on the example of official publications 1920—1930 th and also to research of stylistic, semantic, sintactic parameters of the press of the period of the beginning of the Soviet era.
