«Soft» Managerial Technologies Policy within Economic Democracy Model: the case of realization
Abstract
The article given represents the brief review of historic role and place of the so called «soft» managerial technologies within the context of economic democracy («participative economy» model) dealing with the fundamental problem of raising both managerial and administrative efficiency and effectiveness taken as a whole. The basic mechanisms of managerial impacts under the conditions of globalization processes and Information Age challenges are being considered. Thus strategic priorities for Russian socio-economics, PA and PM spheres are being highlighted.

Functional Utility of Action in the Theoretical Perspective h. Spencer's Sociology
Abstract
This paper analyses the concept of individual action in light of Herbert Spencer's social evolution model. Given the particularities of the historical period in which Spencer lived, several lines of theory held by Spencer's predecessors are derived that had an impact on his thinking. The most distinct of these is the utilitarian doctrine. The explanation for the utility value of an action rests on Spencer's concept of individual freedom.
