Abstract

The article discusses phraseological verbal units which aren’t expressive (called here analytical phrasemes), but in which the component parts of the expression take on a meaning more specific than or otherwise not predictable from the sum of their meanings when used independently. The examples are taken from the official treaties where they are numerous.
