Abstract
The article shows a new approach to the development of the textbook “Essentials of Cross-cultural Communication and Management: A Practical Course” within the framework of content and language integrated learning (CLIL). The author argues the relevance of both the subject and its cross-curricular form of implementing in fostering enhanced professional training in tertiary settings, reviews the coursebook structure, specific study material, types and forms of assessment.
