THE EVOLUTION OF THE CONCEPT SEMANTICS ON THE COGNITIVE LEVEL OF VIKTOR TSOI’S LINGUISTIC PERSONALITY

The article examines the main mechanisms for the expressing semantics of the concept WAY on the cognitive level of linguistic personality of Viktor Tsoy. Changes in the meaning of the concept WAY is traced from album to album quite clearly. They reflect stages of formation of linguistic personalityof a rock poet from the romantic attitude (the hero is lonely, misunderstood and is in search of his place in life) before implementation by means of the concept of WAY semantics death. Interaction with other system-forming and sensemaking concepts (LONELINESS, DEATH, NIGHT, STAR, and others), which form the basis of cognitive level of linguistic personality of Viktor Tsoi, gives rise to a particular paradigm, allowing to realize the image of the hero’s single most vividly. The analysis highlights the evolution of linguistic personality of Viktor Tsoi, and occupies a dominant position in the structure of its cognitive and pragmatic levels.
