The history of conceptualization of the category of quantitativity in the philosophical linguistics
Abstract
The article deals with the question of how the category of quantitativity is represented in philosophy, logic, mathematics and linguistics and demonstrates multidimensionality and interdisciplinarity of the category. The article presents ancient scientists' views on the problem as well as the history of the development of the category of quantitativity.

Comparison of semantico-pragmatic and syntactic aspects of comissive verbs in Russian, English and German languages
Abstract
In this article we analyze semantic and syntactic features of commissives. We compare commissives in the Russian, English and German languages. Our analysis shows that commissives in the Russian and German languages have more common features compared with those in English.

Hyper-expression in the texts of modern Russian and Spanish mass-media
Abstract
The article treats such a convergence of expressive means in modern mass media of Russia and Spain as hyperexpression, which is understood as the combinatorics of expressive means in a mini-text. The hyperexpression is based on receiving an updating semantic ambiguity of expression.

Symbolical images of the EAR, GRAIN, RYE and BREAD as the embodiment of the poetic concept of the being of Byelorussians
Abstract
The article reveals the attempt of the comparative analysis of symbolical images of an ear, grain, rye and bread in literary texts of Russian authors and texts of the Belarusian bilingual authors in the Russian language. As a result, it has worked out common and different features in comprehension of the given images by representatives of two closely related language cultures.

Emotional impact of text and translator's faults
Abstract
The process of translating is conditioned by complicated and still very enigmatic phenomenon of comprehension and reproduction of text. We do not have a comprehensive investigation, haw the emotions produced by text can influence on the quality of translation.
