Courseware Stylistics of the russian language and culture of speech in the context of competency building approach

This article approaches a problem of design and courseware of Stylistics of the Russian language and culture of speech under the conditions of implementation of educational standards of new generation. Use of competency building approach makes new requirements for academic set of discipline structure and education results monitoring. The problem of teaching load decrease actualizes emphasis on students' self-study. The author shows from experience how use of modern information and learning technologies facilitates more efficient learning process.
