Abstract

This article analyses the «silence» as a part of audiovisual image in Hiroshima mon amour (film by Alain Resnais based on the script by Marguerite Duras). «Silence» is regarded as a communicative technic in its spatial, historical and rhetorical perspectives and dimensions.
