A DIALOGUE OF RUSSIAN AND BELARUSIAN LANGUAGES IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract

The functioning of the two state languages (Belarusian and Russian) in the Republic of Belarus is a deliberate necessity. On the other hand, the close relationship of these languages determines serious complexities for their development. We can say that both languages are currently experiencing a crisis. Aim of the report is to show the main sensitive points of Russian language in the dialogue with Belarusian language in a single state.
