The article is devoted to the role of the archetype of nature in the formation of linguistic units (metaphors, phraseology), national culture and its worldview.

Aitmatov’s short stories and novels about the life in Kyrgyzstan translation into English is of great importance for the theory and practice of translation. As the author wrote equally well both in Russian and Kyrgyz, his works are deeply permeated with bilingual culture.

In course of renovating the methodical system in the Belarus Republic new tasks were revealed to render teaching and methodical support to experts — teachers of educational establishments and institutions — so that to generalize and extend innovative experience in teaching and learning foreign languages, the Russian language and literature, to develop cooperation between university and gymnasium (schools) in advancing the organization and methodical support in linguistic education and scientific-research activities.
