Education quality monitoring in a comprehensive secondary institution with the use of modern IT-based means
Abstract
In the article one can find an example of the Balanced Score Card (BSC) development for a comprehensive secondary organization. The idea of using the BSC for the education quality monitoring is justified. The interrelation between the modern IT-based means introduction and the educational process quality improvement in a comprehensive secondary organization has been set.

About formative controlling and feedback in projecting training courses on programming

The development of electronic control software tools in microsoft Excel 2010
Abstract
The example of development of an electronic crossword puzzle which is the controlling program pedagogical means is presented. The modernized crossword puzzle option developed in Ms Excel 2010 is offered. The presented crossword puzzle is an example of possibility of intersubject communications with use of ICT.

Pedagogical dimensions in training students inverse problems for differential equations
Abstract
In article experimental pedagogical activity of teachers of the higher education institutions training students to the inverse problems for the differential equations is discussed. In the course of such activity quality of assimilation at students of fundamental system of knowledge not only in the field of mathematical methods and methodology of research of the inverse problems, but also fundamental knowledge in the field of applied mathematics, a humanitarian component of training in the inverse problems for the differential equations comes to light. The contents and some features of such training are stated. Some results of pedagogical measurements are given.

On the development of regulatory frameworks for distance education in Russia
Abstract
The article analyzes the twenty-year period of development of distance learning technologies in Russia in an environment consistent formation of regulatory support, starting with the goals and objectives of the first concept of a unified system of distance education (1995).
