Abstract

The article describes the violation of the principle of social responsibility by international companies.  Author analyzes the problems of the environmental issues related to TNC practices in developing countries, as well as the use of child and forced labor; conflict minerals; conflict raw materials (oil, diamonds) by TNCs themselves or their suppliers. The author points out the role of global civil society in solving ethical and social problems related to the activities of international companies.

Abstract

The paper provides a study of specific features of various economic integration models. The author’s purpose consists of analysis ofdifferentintercompany cooperation models and outlining the most perspective ones. To fulfill the objective the author highlights the distinctive features of each model of economic integration, carries a comparative analysis in the context of actual economic background, distinguishes the strengths and weaknesses of different cooperation unions  and draws out the result of own hypothesis regarding the international strategic alliance as the most perspective model of economic integration.

TOOL ENVIRONMENT Hi-Po AS of MANAGEMENT of TALENTS

Abstract

The research is sent for consideration of a question of the special environment creation for development of talented employees in the modern organizations or the Hi-Po environment as the necessary instrument of talents management. The arguments confirming need of creation of the Hi-Po environment for the companies which want to have competitive advantage in the form of the highly qualified personnel ready to develop both in professional, and in the personal plan are adduced and at the same time to develop the company, working for the general result. The model consisting of consecutive stages of creation of an effective control system of talents is analysed. Possible difficulties which the HR manager can experience during the work with Hi-Po as employees are also described.

Abstract

In article assessment of efficiency of implementation of the municipal target program (MTP) "Development of the resort and tourism in the resort town of Yessentuki for 2012-2016" is carried out. As the tool of assessment of efficiency the index of effectiveness which has formed a basis for conclusions about overall effectiveness of this program has been calculated. In the course of calculations two blocks of problems which negatively influence reliability of result of assessment of efficiency of realization as separate MTsP, and all system of target programming in Russia have been revealed. At the end possible options of overcoming the revealed problems are offered.

Article is devoted to the analysis and allocation of the periods of economic development of Tanzania after finding by the country of independence in 1961. The specifics of the stages of development of the country allocated with the author are characterized, similarities and differences in them come to light. On the basis of the analysis assessment of effective management of the country is carried out, the main reforms which have defined achievements of the pursued policy are characterized. Tables with the characteristic of economic indicators of development of the country on each of stages are submitted.

THE CIS COUNTRIES IN THE INTERNATIONAL RATINGS ON THE LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRY

Abstract

Now the economy servitization, that is fast development of the service sector for satisfaction of various needs of the population moves to the forefront. Transition to post-industrialism happens together with a new qualitative round of development of the secondary (industrial) sector of economy and the industrialization process continuing on a global scale. Still the level of development of the industry defines degree and quality of development of all other branches of economy. The strong secondary sector of economy, powerful manufacturing industry of the state is a direct way to economic wellbeing in post-industrial economy. A research objective was identification of positions of the CIS countries in the international ratings reflecting the level of the industrial sector development. In article positions of the CIS countries in ratings are characterized and the happened changes come to light. The analysis of positions of Russia and other CIS countries in ratings is necessary to correct the direction of further industrial development of these states with the purpose to take them more worthy place in the globalized economy, including due to their cooperation in the innovative sphere.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN TALANT MANAGEMENT IN THE RUSSIAN BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical aspects of talent management, analyzed the approaches to the study of the term «talent management». The practical experience of talent management in some large Russian companies is investigated. The analysis of talent management programs of VTB Group and Severstal was carried out, the purpose of which is to select and develop talented managers.  The features of talent management systems implementation by the largest Russian companies are analyzed. The specifics of talent management at the present stage of development of the Russian business environment and the advantages of the implementation of measures in this area are revealed.
