Abstract
In article assessment of indicators of efficiency of implementation of the state regional program "Energy Saving and Increase in Power Efficiency in the territory of the Komi Republic for 2010 - 2020" is analyzed. Monitoring of the regional program as a result of which the deviation from execution of the plan comes to light is made. Upon termination of a research authors offer ways of overcoming the found problems.
