Now the economy servitization, that is fast development of the service sector for satisfaction of various needs of the population moves to the forefront. Transition to post-industrialism happens together with a new qualitative round of development of the secondary (industrial) sector of economy and the industrialization process continuing on a global scale. Still the level of development of the industry defines degree and quality of development of all other branches of economy. The strong secondary sector of economy, powerful manufacturing industry of the state is a direct way to economic wellbeing in post-industrial economy. A research objective was identification of positions of the CIS countries in the international ratings reflecting the level of the industrial sector development. In article positions of the CIS countries in ratings are characterized and the happened changes come to light. The analysis of positions of Russia and other CIS countries in ratings is necessary to correct the direction of further industrial development of these states with the purpose to take them more worthy place in the globalized economy, including due to their cooperation in the innovative sphere.

В настоящее время на передний план выходит сервитизация экономики, то есть быстрое развитие сектора услуг для удовлетворения всевозможных потребностей населения. Переход к постиндустриализму происходит вместе с новым качественным витком развития вторичного (индустриального) сектора экономики и продолжающимся в глобальном масштабе процессом индустриализации. По-прежнему  именно уровень развития промышленности определяет степень и качество развития всех других отраслей экономики. Сильный вторичный сектор экономики, мощная обрабатывающая промышленность государства – это прямой путь к экономическому благополучию в постиндустриальной экономике. Целью исследования явилось выявление позиций стран СНГ в международных рейтингах, отражающих уровень развития индустриального сектора. В статье характеризуются позиции стран СНГ в рейтингах и выявляются происшедшие  изменения. Анализ позиций России и других стран СНГ в рейтингах необходим для того, чтобы скорректировать направление  дальнейшего индустриального развития этих государств с целью занять ими более достойного места в  глобализирующейся экономике, в том числе за счет их сотрудничества в инновационной сфере.
