Abstract

The paper provides a study of specific features of various economic integration models. The author’s purpose consists of analysis ofdifferentintercompany cooperation models and outlining the most perspective ones. To fulfill the objective the author highlights the distinctive features of each model of economic integration, carries a comparative analysis in the context of actual economic background, distinguishes the strengths and weaknesses of different cooperation unions  and draws out the result of own hypothesis regarding the international strategic alliance as the most perspective model of economic integration.
