INFLUENCE OF THE BILINGUALISM ON OUTLOOK AND NATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELARUSIANS

The author lifts a problem of process of formation of the bilingual personality in the Belarusian society. In this article the assessment of a modern linguocultural situation in Belarus which is characterized by active processes of interaction of two state languages is given: Belarusian and Russian.The Belarusian-Russian language interaction represents the special type of a bilingualism having peculiar features owing to a community of destinies of the Belarusian and Russian people, genetic relationship and proximity of two language systems. The proximity of the contacting languages generates additional difficulties at communication on each of them.Insufficiently studied today is a question of the Belarusian-Russian art bilingualism which in the Belarusian culture can be treated as an objective consequence of a linguocultural situation.
