In article the most successful examples of international experience of functioning of territories with special the managing mode as tool of regional policy are reviewed. Features of creation in Russia of territories of the advancing social and economic development (TASED) are analyzed and their role as points of growth of regional economy of the state is shown. The TASED project developed by the author reflect ample opportunities and prospects of territories with a specific mode of managing for diversification in the monotown of Vyksa and modernization of production, development of infrastructure, creation of new hi-tech products and providing high-quality services.

The article discusses the economic and geographical situation and the territorial structure as the factor of economic development of the Far Eastern Federal District. Based on the analysis of individual agents of the economic and geographical situation such as spatial diversification, population density and economic activity, the disposition of economic activity and the level of territorial concentration the author concludes the strengths and weaknesses of regional development. The classification of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, by the nature of EGP, and revealed his relationship with industry specialization and the general level of economic development.

Features of functioning of system of an incentivization in oil and gas sector of economy of the Russian Federation are covered in this article. Besides, the ambiguous nature of influence of privileges for this sector is displayed. The problem of an error of parameters of the state balance of stocks on the basis of which carry out administration of privileges is described. Being based on the data on extraction of crude oil, the characteristic of dynamics of volume of the granted tax allowance production for 2006-2015 in natural and monetary value with breakdown on categories of fields is given. The comparative characteristic of structure of proceeds from sales of oil for various categories of stocks is carried out to the Russian Federation and the USA. On the basis of the submitted analytical data, recommendations of improvement of system of an incentivization in key sector of national economy are made.

Article is devoted to practical aspects of creation and functioning of industrial districts in Russia, including in the context of international experience. Technical and economic characteristics of the project of the Volokolamsk industrial district in the Moscow region are in detail investigated. The main directions of specialization of the district are considered. The important place is allocated for a research of model of the industrial district which is based on development of network of small and medium-sized enterprises. The phenomenon of "horizontal integration the" of the enterprises entering the district is investigated.

Article is devoted to the analysis of changes of modern structure of economic activity of Irkutsk. In her tendencies of change of city-forming industrial functions on the basis of the analysis the closed and opened enterprises are revealed, the current directions of development of a hail of the serving city economy sector on the basis of a research of structural changes in his budget are designated. The analysis of dynamics of economic activity of the population as indicator of the main tendencies of development of modern economy of Irkutsk is carried out.

Article is devoted to identification of tendencies of dynamics and volume of collecting income tax of the organizations, and also their reasons in Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Tyva. Authors characterize features of economic activity of regions, specifics of development of manufacturing industry in them. In work impact of two economic crises of the Russian Federation on results of economic activity in these regions is considered. On the basis of the econometric analysis the assessment of influence of specific weight of the industry in structure of economy of these regions on dynamics of collecting income tax in the relevant regional budgets is carried out.

In article the attempt to reveal characteristic features of the Russian market of corporate control regarding carrying out unfriendly absorption, his differences from the markets of the developed countries is made. Distinctions between friendly and hostile absorption are defined by authors, features of process of capture of property, since a privatization era are investigated. Recommendations about improvement of the state measures and measures of corporate protection against raider occupations of the Russian enterprises are made.

Article is devoted to the analysis of the main directions of development of accounting and the reporting according to the strategy of national security of the country that will demand from accountants of essential reconsideration of the role and the place in development of national economies. The solution of a question of determination of optimum volume and level (degree) of standardization of information which is contained in the integrated reporting is of great importance. Complexity leads to transparency reduction. At the same time in most branches of economy the indicators characterizing them branch features have been excluded, and the number of indicators has been reduced. Therefore it is necessary to restore the differentiated approach, both to contents, and to the volume of the reporting of the organizations relating to various sectors of economy. The integrated reporting has to become one of the major "barometers" determining the level and quality of impact of activity of the organizations on the environment and maintenance of a normal ecological state of the biosphere of the earth.
