Abstract
The 21st century by right can be considered a century of the global cities. The global cities represent the multipurpose centers and an important factor of their development is distribution of the Internet and mobile communication. Moscow is the unique city thanks to the special provision and a combination of initial factors of development (high level of penetration of electronic technologies, level of literacy of the population, etc.). In article on the basis of official statistical data the analysis of capital electronic services and platforms of state services is carried out. The author has drawn a conclusion that the power of the city is interested in ensuring equal availability of the state services with everything to residents, irrespective of their age, income level and other important factors.
