Abstract
The article discusses the efficiency of development of industrial parks in BacNinh province in the northern economical region of Vietnam 2005-2015. After the war against French and American, from 1986 Vietnam have established economic policy with the aim of rebuilding country from the long-term poverty: the policy of market economy with orientation of socialism and the policy of industrialization. Development of industrial parks has been an important instrument for regional development in Vietnam. The most industrial parks with high efficiency in the northern region of Vietnam are located in BacNinh province, where become a model for others provinces in Vietnam to attract foreign investment from the world
