THE ROLE OF THE SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES AS GROWING-POINTS OF REGIONAL ECONOMY: FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE

Abstract

In article the most successful examples of international experience of functioning of territories with special the managing mode as tool of regional policy are reviewed. Features of creation in Russia of territories of the advancing social and economic development (TASED) are analyzed and their role as points of growth of regional economy of the state is shown. The TASED project developed by the author reflect ample opportunities and prospects of territories with a specific mode of managing for diversification in the monotown of Vyksa and modernization of production, development of infrastructure, creation of new hi-tech products and providing high-quality services.
