Abstract
In this article the main problems of sustainable development of branch are worked out and by results of study the main fundamental problem because of which there are the others is chosen, namely it is the most important national resource of Russia – shots. The main stages of professional formation of the identity of the person are developed for the solution of this problem. On the basis of these stages the cycle of formation of the professional personality has been developed and the essence of a problem of shots of machine-building branch is revealed. The author has worked out the mechanism of formation of the professional personality which will allow to solve this problem in an operational and long-term order.
