In work the main characteristics of association of the Arab Maghreb Union countries are considered. Within this integration the object of formation of the North African Customs union by 1985 and the common market by 2000 has been set. NAFTA - PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF INTEGRATION DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

In article the main characteristics of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) zone are considered. Removal of barriers on trade in goods between member countries became a main objective of creation of this association. Authors come to a conclusion that the world's largest regional free trade zone has promoted the countries to improve the economic situation, namely: The USA has received cheap labor, has lowered costs for production with preservation of appropriate quality; Mexico has got access to the American market, jobs and a big stream of investments; Canada has increased the volume of export as access to the Mexican market has opened.

CARICOM Integration Association: the main activities in the 21st century.

Abstract

Today along with integration associations of the developed countries (the EU, NAFTA) the regional integration organizations of developing countries actively function. In article questions of regional cooperation of the organizations, including economic, social, scientific and technical fields of activity are considered, including on the example of the international association CARICOM is. In work the current state of integration cooperation of the countries of CARICOM is investigated. With use of statistical methods on the basis of the comparative analysis the main problems and the prospects of association come to light.

MERCOSUR AS EXAMPLE OF INTEGRATION COOPERATION OF THE COUNTRIES OF LATIN AMERICA

Abstract

In article specifics of cooperation of the countries of Latin America within economic association MERCOSUR are considered. On the basis of the analysis of specifics of the economic relations within this commonwealth of the states of the continent it is established that the organization represents asymmetric regional integration, the uniting catching-up countries having different levels of economic development. The author has drawn a conclusion that progress MERCOSUR has been caused by the capacity of his market, high degree of openness to the outside world, variety of resources and production potential, and also extensive institutional communications which the group has managed to adjust as with large trade blocks (as the European Union), and with the countries of the Latin American subcontinent.

FEATURES OF SOUTH ASIAN ASSOCIATION FOR REGIONAL COOPERATION ACTIVITY

The article is concerned with the role of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation in terms of integration processes performance evaluation, which have got widespread in the 20 century in conditions of the globalization and till the present day still be the popular form of the cooperation. In the article the attention is paid for the prerequisites, which have brought about to the SAARC activity start, for the special aspects of the goal setting and ways to problem solving and also for the structure of the organization. SAARC carry out activities more than 30 years and this fact let us to evaluate the effectiveness of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation.

The European Union as integration group, can't but interest and not draw attention to itself, especially Russian Federation adjoining to her, and in a case with the Kaliningrad region, practically its surrounded. The European Union for us – the main and closest economic partner, history and which experience is very important also for domestic development. In work on the basis of official statistical data the complex analysis of state of the economy of the European Union and its countries is carried out, the main tendencies of his development are defined. COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES: LEVEL OF HUMAN AND INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

To study the issues of the preservation and development of human society, in order to provide conditions for a decent and creative life of people, knowledge is needed about the methods for calculating the indices of the development of people's potential, their life and development. Indices allow you to evaluate, compare and compare many of the criteria and indicators of people's living standards in the regions of the world. They have already been created.  The purpose of the study is to characterize the positions of the CIS countries in the international rating tables on the Human Development Index (HDI) and the indices of the society's information in dynamics over a number of years. This will reveal the changes that are taking place. In the countries with "transitional economies" (the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States - CIS), the situation has radically changed over the past 25 years. It is necessary to adjust the direction of further development. The CIS countries should occupy a worthy place in the modern information world. However, it is shown that the CIS countries still occupy not very high positions in the HDI rankings.

ECONOMIC SANCTIONS AND IMPORT SUBSTITUTION IN FOOD SECTOR OF RUSSIA

In article import substitution in food sector of the Russian Federation as a measure of overcoming negative consequences of the western economic sanctions against Russia is considered. Authors come to a conclusion that in the conditions of growth of number of the western sanctions as result of strengthening of positions of the countries with emerging markets in world economy of Russia it is necessary to undertake serious and consecutive measures for ensuring the economic security, to develop and realize the corresponding economic policy. Some tools for decrease in risks of import substitution in food sector of Russia are presented in article.

MONETARY CREDIT POLICY, ITS PURPOSES AND FEATURE OF CARRYING OUT IN RUSSIA

In article much attention is paid to the main directions of development of monetary policy which are defined by the Central Bank. The research of theoretical bases, purposes, the main tools and principles of monetary policy is conducted. The role and functions of the Central bank concerning monetary policy is shown. Monetary and credit indicators for 2014-2015 are analysed, and also features of monetary policy of Russia are studied. The key problems interfering development of monetary policy are revealed and actions of the Bank of Russia for its improvement are offered.

Definition of the future of the country - extremely important problem. In article positions of Russia in the international ratings reflecting features of innovative development are analyzed. OPTIMIZATION OF RESERVATION IN ACCOUNTING OF THE ENTITIES

Abstract

The organizations can use a reservation method in accounting. Allowances for the purpose of the taxation allow firms to receive from the state free delay on the tax discharge on profit. Allowances in financial accounting can provide inflow of own financial resources. A research purpose – to reveal optimal variants of forming of allowances in accounting for improvement of economic indicators of activities of the entities, is including – for development of innovative activities. Research materials: the existing regulations, accounting policy of the organizations of various sizes and fields of activity. Research methods: monographic, observation, comparison, analysis. During the research the author systematized theoretical aspects of creation of allowances in financial and tax accounting, analyzed the corresponding accounting practice of the separate entities, proved alternative methods of reservation. An optimum set of allowances includes: a doubtful debt allowance, an allowance for payment of  a vacation pay to workers (for subjects of small business), an allowance on repair of a property, plant and equipment, an allowance for scientific research (for subjects of any sizes).

MODERN TRENDS OF ACCOMMODATION OF TNCS HEADQUARTERS IN COUNTRIES AND GLOBAL CITIES

In article features of placement of the headquarters of the largest multinational corporations in the countries of the world and the global cities are considered. Multinational corporations act as the main driving force of modern process of transnationalization. At the end of the 20th century of multinational corporation became a key link in development of the international economic relations and world economy in general. World corporations have significant effect not only on national economy, but also on development of the cities in which the company headquarters is based. The key to the growing market consumption of the leading cities is a global reach of multinational corporations regarding production, forces of a brand and retail networks. Processes of transformation and shift of poles of economic power are of great interest. The profile of the markets as a factor of welfare is displaced with developed on developing countries. The main catalyst of such current global trends is activity of multinational corporation.

INVESTMENT COMPONENT OF THE ISLAMIC FINANCIAL SYSTEM

The modern financial system needs the differentiated ways of capital investment and investment. One of dynamically developing types of finance is the system of Islamic financing. In article basic provisions of ethical finance, their role in a world financial system are considered.
