Abstract
Now project management is an integral part of functioning of many power enterprises. Development and application of a scientifically based technique of project management is able to afford to create system of high-quality control and monitoring of stages of the project and to lead to achievement of goals of the project. The technique offered by authors based on economic knowledge and application of programs of MSProject and 1C can be used for any project in power branch.
