Definition of the future of the country - extremely important problem. In article positions of Russia in the international ratings reflecting features of innovative development are analyzed. Problems of involvement of Russia in world process of internationalization in the sphere of scientific research and innovations are considered, solutions of this problem are analyzed. It is noted that Russia is in the course of global trends of development, but low positions of the country reflect the available problems which should be solved immediately in the international ratings not to lose the chances which are available now for development.

Определение будущего страны - крайне важная проблема.  В статье анализируются позиции России в международных рейтингах, отражающих особенности  инновационного развития. Рассмотрены проблемы вовлечения России в мировой процесс интернационализации в сфере научных исследований и инноваций, анализируются пути решения данной проблемы. Отмечается, что Россия находится в русле глобальных трендов развития, но невысокие позиции страны в международных рейтингах отражают имеющиеся проблемы, которые следует незамедлительно решать, чтобы не потерять имеющиеся в настоящее время шансы для развития.
