ECONOMIC SANCTIONS AND IMPORT SUBSTITUTION IN FOOD SECTOR OF RUSSIA

Abstract

In article import substitution in food sector of the Russian Federation as a measure of overcoming negative consequences of the western economic sanctions against Russia is considered. Authors come to a conclusion that in the conditions of growth of number of the western sanctions as result of strengthening of positions of the countries with emerging markets in world economy of Russia it is necessary to undertake serious and consecutive measures for ensuring the economic security, to develop and realize the corresponding economic policy. Some tools for decrease in risks of import substitution in food sector of Russia are presented in article.
