Abstract
The high performance of modern organizations is directly connected with the personnel, their professional skills, personal, social and other characteristics. Social development management makes it possible to achieve an optimal realization of the employees' abilities and open up their potential to the full. The modern conception of organizations' social development is based on applying a wide range of aspects which impact the personnel's labor activity, which requires introducing new technologies into this process. Personnel assessment acts as an effective technique in the social development system of an organization. The article examines the program of the complex personnel assessment system, describes its methods, gives recommendations as to its application, and provides an example of its practical application.
