Legal Globalization in the Context of the World Development Trends: Essence, Specifics, Prospects

The article analyses the impact of globalizing processes on the system of jurisprudence in contemporary society. The author sees globalization as an objective trend towards making different spheres of human life international, which primarily affects the activities of the agents in international economic relations, resulting in molding a common international social-economic, political, legal and informational system, where each element is part of the global whole. The author attempts to identify the peculiarities of legal globalization as a «relatively autonomous» and specific combination of facts, interrelated at the same time with some others, together making up the general world trend of globalization.
