The scientific credence to the personality self-actualization and sociability correlations is given in the article. Within the frame of system-defined research, different individual-typological peculiarities of sociability are highlighted and characterized and their comparative analysis with the personality self-actualization is conducted.

The article is devoted to the problem of self-determination of the employee in the field of the power relations represented by the subject and the object aspects; to the psychological basis of the identity of these aspects as a mechanism for optimizing psychological modality of the proper, desirable and possible.

The purpose of the given work was to reveal the specificity of the ways of adaptation to daily overstudy chosen by modern elementary schoolchildren and to determine the psychological preconditions of occurrence of effective adaptation to micro-stressors in children of different sex.

The article considers the structurally functional model of the formation of professional communication culture of the future social workers in the higher education developed by the author. The offered model is based on theoretical-methodological approaches, and represents the integral, open, pedagogical system serving as a constituent component of the entire process of vocational training of the social worker and being distinguished by the unity of target, conceptual, contents, criterion-assessment and productive blocks.

Psycho-physiological peculiarities of young age students, their interests and demands are analyzed in this report. Innovative pedagogical technology of preserving students' health has been suggested.

The article deals with a qualitative characteristic of sociability for successful and less successful learners of foreign languages. The statistical estimate showing the differences between average figures on sociability and effectiveness in the second language learning is also given.

The results of the research of temperamental characteristics (introversion-extraversion, emotional stability) and anxiety in the Vietnamese students of the pedagogical university of different departments and years with different levels of professional pedagogical orientation are analyzed in the article.
