Abstract

The article presents sufficient space for a thorough analysis of the topical concept of «the Russian world» which has recently become one of the most prevalent in socio-political writings. Different visions of the concept under consideration are introduced, its theoretical and practical implications are revealed and its heuristic value is emphasized by the author.
