To the question about the stages of communicative competence of participants in the information-analytical programs

The article examines communication competence level of participants in TV talk show broadcasts of the federal channels at the beginning of 2014. It explains the concept of the notion introduced by the german philosopher J.Khabermas, gives levels` classification which to a large extent explains behavior of participants and complications a moderator faces in the course of discussion. Typical mistakes of the side of moderators are analyzed and explained.
