Realization of the competence approach in the process of professional development organized for computer science teachers in the conditions of information- educational environment of a school
Abstract
In the article under consideration the structural and logical scheme of teaching school teams, which represents step-by-step professional development, is described. It considers the category of the pedagogues, their sphere of action and models of informative educational school environment. A programme called Complex of programmes for administration of the academic activity, training of the employees, that provide their implementation into the school activity, which is based on the idea of the competency building approach has been made.

Information-communication technologies in formation of corporate culture of higher school
Abstract
The corporate culture of high school possesses a powerful educational potential and it is a condition of formation of readiness and successful adaptation of the graduating student in his life after studies to environment. The corporate culture is formed by means of all forms of student's activity, but is the most effective in nonlearning sphere. To be modern and actual, the nonlearning activity, directed on formation of the corporate competence of students, demands making a system of technical and informational support.

Using modern information technologies in continuing education
Abstract
Article opens problems of formation of system of continuous education and improvement of professional skill for effective realization of professional work of the teacher in the conditions of use of modern information technology. Generation of test tasks in the expert-training systems
Abstract
The article describes methods of generating test tasks that use the knowledge bases of academic disciplines that are formed on the basis of a knowledge production model as well as the apparatus of formal grammars. We present two experimental expert-training systems Formula Tutor and Teoretik, focused mainly on studying the exact sciences. In the Formula Tutor system generation of tasks carried out in two stages: first, by applying the production rules, and then, if necessary, using the outputs in context-free formal grammar. To give tasks to the student familiar forms the apparatus of templates is used. The analysis of student answers is performed by comparing them with the correct answers. If the answer is a mathematical formula it is converted то standard form before comparison. In the Teoretik system production model is also applied. Unlike the first system production rules are used to fix the dependencies of terms of educational discipline. For example, in the course Geometry Ray Dot, Geometric figure shows that to understand the definition of angle the student should know the definition of the ray, dot and geometric figure. The tasks in the system formed by mixing pieces of definitions and provide selectively-constructed answers. Examples in the paper illustrate advantages of described methods.

The expansion of availability and openness of the educational system, improvement of the institutions of the state management and self-governing with the general education institutions requires teachers of the new generation who comply the demands of the new informational society on the level of professional qualification and IT competence and as a consequence of new approaches to the system of further training. That is achieved, amongst others, by the developing of the new programmes in continuing education, including learning to use information and telecommunication technologies.

Abstract
Informatization of the society is impossible without informatization of education. It means creation of special information and educational environment (IEE) in every educational institution. This article enables better understanding of goals, objectives, peculiarities, structure and planning IEE of the educational institution. Planning IEE presupposes organizing specific conditions, resort to all available means, designing stage-by-stage actions of the educational institution concerning the process of involvement of managers, teachers, students and parents as active users and even developers of this environment.
