Tools for ensuring information security in the framework of the development of the digital economy of Russia

Abstract

This research paper explores the tools for implementing the information security of the digital economy in Russia.  It analyzes the methods and tools of violating the confidentiality of internal corporate information, as well as the possibilities of protection and counteraction. The aim of the work is to identify the most relevant mechanisms for ensuring information security in Russia using the example of the activities of the IT company CJSC Krok. The current state of the information security services market, government regulation, information protection tools taking into account the development vector of the digital economy are also objectively assessed.

Digital Commerce Technologies in Russia based on the Lamoda Online Store

Abstract

The article discusses digital commerce technologies in the modern world using the example of the Russian Internet company Lamoda. The e-commerce market has been actively developing in our country since the beginning of the twenty-first century and by 2019 has become one of the largest areas of trade and services. The aim of the work is to identify the most effective tools of successful Internet commerce on the basis of one of the leaders of the Russian digital commerce market - Lamoda. The author analyses the forecast values of the market of digital commerce of Russia, the digital fashion industry, vectors of trade development taking into account the use of mobile gadgets and mass digitalization in all sectors of the national economy.

Financial instruments of investment activity in infrastructure projects: foreign experience

Abstract

Infrastructure projects have an important role and are drivers of economic growth of the national economy. This is very important for Russia at a time of serious global challenges that require a combination of environmental and social responsibility, an optimal level of profitability, and solutions to the problems of economic modernization. The article covers foreign experience in the use of financial instruments to finance infrastructure projects. The author emphasizes that the importance of choosing and combining financial instruments in the formation of the financial architecture of the project is interrelated with the activity of their use in various state support programs, the legislative consolidation of their main parameters. The author concludes that the study of foreign experience in the application of financial instruments will allow to apply the best practices in the development and application of measures aimed at increasing investments in infrastructure projects in our country.

SOME ASPECTS OF MIGRATION PROCESSES IN CONTEMPORARY POLAND

Abstract

Migration, especially in the social and economic dimension, is an important element of foreign policy in both sending and receiving countries. Emigration is nothing new in Polish reality. Caused by various reasons, it has specific consequences for the state and society. Migration, especially in the social and economic dimension, is an important element of foreign policy in both sending and receiving countries. The aim of the article is to analyze and assess the impact of Poland's accession to the EU on the scale and direction of migration of Poles, with particular emphasis on labor migration. The presented results were obtained from research of a professional agency (Migracje.gov.pl) dealing with analyzing and assessing changes in the labor market. At the same time, attention will be paid to the possibility of partial filling the labor market by employing immigrants from Eastern European countries, in particular Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.

The influence of urbanism on the quality of life and economic development

Features of Russia’s international trade on the global mineral fertilizer market

Abstract

The study contains a comprehensive analysis of the place of Russia on the global mineral fertilizers market in the context of three segments: nitrogen, phosphate and potash fertilizers. The data analyzed in the article shows the volume of production, import and export of Russian mineral fertilizers in physical and value terms between 1961 and 2017: the Russian Federation is one of the largest fertilizer exporters in the global market, but it does not satisfy domestic demand. The main foreign trade partners (China, Brazil, the USA, India) and their dependence on Russian supplies, as well as Russia's dependence on the global market of mineral fertilizers are identified. The paper shows the case of salt import quantitative restrictions violation into Russia, and the identified covering good is potash fertilizer.

Russia 's Foreign Trade and Its Impact on the Country 's Economy

Abstract

In the framework of this article, the essence and importance of foreign trade for the development of the country's economy is indicated. The key indicators used for the analysis of “foreign trade” are highlighted, their definition and essence are characterized, analyzed using the statistics of the Russian Federal State Statistics Service over a ten-year period (from 2009 to 2018), the general dynamics indicators and the structure of export and import by trade directions are analyzed, as well as the dynamics of trade turnover and balance, conclusions are drawn about their growth or decline in the analyzed period.

The key features of external trade factors are identified, in view of the economic sanctions introduced against the Russian Federation (its residents), as well as the “response measures” and restrictions on trade with some external partners are described. The internal political decisions of the Russian authorities regarding the diversification of the country's economy are described. The analysis of changes in the structure of trade partners of Russia, in view of changes in the conditions and directions of foreign trade. The role and results of import substitution for stabilizing Russia's trade turnover and increasing the intensity of the country's economic growth are outlined.
