Abstract
The article discusses approaches to the causes of corporate equity. On the example of the Dutch East India Company highlights the circumstances and motives that contributed to the emergence of the first major commercial campaign, its relations with the States General of the United Provinces of the Netherlands. In this regard, presents the main factors behind the impressive growth of corporations and their increasing influence in the 20th century, some of the features of economic power.

ENSURING FOOD SECURITY OF RUSSIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF ITS MEMBERSHIP IN THE WTO
Abstract
The article is devoted to determination of food safety and to possible consequences of Russia`s membership in WTO. The article represents the interpretation of the definition of food security and examines the possible consequences of Russia's WTO accession. The paper also assesses the food potential of the country and the prospects for development of agro-industrial complex. Moreover, there is the need to improve rural infrastructure, without which it is impossible to attract and retain qualified personnel. Food security is a difficult and complex economic problem whose solution is impossible only from a position of innovative models of development of the entire economy.

Abstract
The article analyses some ideas of the public service functioning improvement. Particularly it is devoted to such principles of management of big companies as management and remuneration by results, client approach, reduction of costs and budjet saving. The author makes the interpretation of some problems of the realizaion of these principles in the public service system.

THE IMPORTANCE OF IMAGE ELITE IN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Abstract
The article deals with the current Ukraine crisis in connection with attack on the Russian language and culture as a brutal violation of ethnic minority rights. The article presents a strategic approach to world politics in case of real policy of Russia in Ukraine and in case of efforts that the Ukraine rulers try to make in order to pull country out of crisis. The author makes an attempt to use such categories, as a deactualization of Russia and the Ukraine liminality in an analysis of the factors that work against a global security and against Russia.

A FORECASTING AS THE MOST IMPORTANT MANAGEMENT FUNCTION: HISTORICAL LOGICAL ANALYSIS OF ANCIENT WRITINGS AND OLD RUSSIAN LANGUAGE
Abstract
The analysis of a system-based definition “forecasting” was performed, and in particular forecasting in a state administration. The key features of a forecasting have been identified: using the knowledge (science-based justification) and a precision (a correctness) of the forecasting by the research of the future. The ancient Writings like the Veda and the Avesta were analyzed regards of describing of events and appearance in the future, and it was found that they use ternary representation of category of the time based on Triunity (principle) of system substance, include the binary of two opposite and symmetrical substance. Such presentation has all basic components of system concept: the aim, something whole and the parts, as well as the system relations between them, their totality has been presented through the fundamental relations of identity and difference. Different systematizations and classifications of the objects and processes of reality were active used by the ancient thinkers in describing of the future events and appearance.
