Abstract

The article is devoted to the comparative research of the organizational culture of Russian and Chinese information technology companies. The research shows the common patterns of the organizational culture of information technology companies and the special characteristics of Russian and Chinese companies. As a result the authors mark the elements of the organizational culture to improve the functioning of organizations of IT and public sector.
