Role of calcium-ph-dependent mechanisms in pathogenesis of inflammatory periodontal diseases
Abstract
Comparative investigation of dynamics of pH, concentration of calcium and inorganic phosphate in mixtured saliva during testing loads in patients with healthy periodontium, susceptible to caries and with combination of caries with inflammatory periodontal diseases was performed. Close dependency between dynamics of researched parameters was revealed during sugar and urea loads as well. Inorganic phosphate disgomeostasis, role in pathogenesis of inflammatory periodontal diseases was showed.

Immuninflammatory activation in development of inflammatory diseases periodontium at patients with a diabetes
Abstract
Intensive development of immunoligical methods of research last years has allowed to obtain the convincing data testifying to a role of insufficiency of specific and nonspecific factors of resistency of an organism in pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases of periodontium on a background of a diabetes. The most expressed changes arise, as is known, in a cellular part of immune system in pathophysiology of periodontitis the important role is played immunoinflammatory activation with the mediated proinflammatory cytotoxins.

New technologies in treatment of patients with the got defects and deformations of a facial skull
Abstract
More than 15 patients with the isolated fracture of the bottom wall of an orbit as «blow-out» were studied. As one of variants of an individual approach to restoration of the isolated defects of the bottom wall of an orbit we had been offered a technique of a osteo-plastic antrotomy, as a stage of access. All patients have been taken on a dispensary observation. According to the lead postoperative computer tomography of additional sinuses of a nose in two projections, and also ortopantomography, rentgenographies of a facial skull in direct and lateral projections, endoscopic research, the pneumatization of the operated genyantrums has not been disturbed, the osteal forward wall has been kept on all extent, was absent retraction soft tissues of infraorbital area, integrity of an osteal wall of a bottom of an orbit has been restored, that as a whole speaks about efficiency and not so traumaticaly the lead surgical treatment.
The offered way of surgical treatment promotes to the greatest degree to conservation of anatomic structures of maxillofacial area, possessing the least traumatism in comparison with other ways. This technique is simple, effective and does not demand application of the expensive equipment.

Abstract
More than 100 sick dontogenous maxillary sinuitis were studied. To all patients surgical treatment with use of a method of a osteo-plastic antrotomy of a genyantrum is lead. All patients have been taken on a dispensary observation. Clinical and instrumental predictors of upcoming cardiac free wall rupture due to acute miocardial infarction
Abstract
Medical records and autopsy reports of 839 patients admitted to City Hospital N52 were reviewed. 42 patients died from cardiac free wall rupture. Single-factorial analysis was performed to find out the predictors of upcoming cardiac free wall rupture and multi-factorial analysis was performed to determine independent predictors of free wall rupture. A number of cardiac free wall rupture predictors were identified: 1) long-term chest pain (> 1,5 hours); 2) early appearance of Q-wave and rapid inversion of T-wave during first hours of Q-AMI; 3) ST-elevation > 4 mm in two or more ECG leads; 4) prolongation of QRST-complex; 5) ECG evidence of acute interventricular conduction disturbances; 6) hyperkinesias of intact myocardium in accordance with ejection fraction < 40%; 7) aneurysmatic deformation of left ventricle; 8) wall motion score ≥ 2; 9) apical segments involved in infarct area; 10) time of slowing of early diastolic filling ≤ 150 ms. Independent predictors of cardiac free wall rupture were the following: 1) hyperkinesias of intact myocardium in accordance with ejection fraction < 40%; 2) apical segments involved in infarct area; 3) time of slowing of early diastolic filling ≤ 150 ms; 4) refractory sinus tachycardia; 5) age > 75 years; 6) primary Q-AMI; 7) ST-elevation > 4 mm in two or more ECG leads. Early cardiac free wall rupture due to acute Q-AMI could be predicted with the help of anamnestic, clinical and instrumental data analysis.

Syndrome of venous plethora of small pelvis as a result of the relapse of subcutaneous varicosity of lower extermities
Abstract
The analysis of the results of surgical way of treatment of 2350 people, having venous disorder of lower extremities has been carried out. The relapse of venous disorder has been revealed among 112 (4,8%). There were 17 (15,2%) men and 95 (84,8%) women. A connection of the relapse of venous disorder with plethora of vein of small pelvis among 87 women has been determined. Thirty three of them were treated conservatively, other thirty were just subjected to surgical treatment - resection of gonadal veins, twenty four patients had complex, conservative and surgical treatment. Those patients who had complex conservative and surgical treatment obtained the best results. So, there is the following conclusion: before making up the decision of surgical intervention of women having venous disorder of lower extremities it is necessary to examine venous haemodynamic of small pelvis (ultrasonic dopplerography, coloured duplex, triplex angioscanning) and if venous plethora is revealed it is necessary to carry out interventions to liquidate pathological reflex for the purpose of prophylaxis of the relapse of venous disorder.

The comparason of the facts of cytological and histological analyses in case of chronic prostatitis
Abstract
It has bee done comparison of the facts of cytological and histological analyses in case of chronic prostatitis. It has been established that 64 patient had mainly an acssudativ form of the inflammatory reaction, 49 patients had productive and 39 patients had proliferate phase of an acute inflammatory. PSA indexes more than 4 ng/ml have indicated the necessity of biopsy.
This research, including the quantitative value of polumorphnonucleas leucocytes, eosynophyliq leucocytes, basophilic leucocytes, plasmatic cells, mononuclear leucocytes, and macrophages and fibroblast, has brought to light an absolute accordance of the facts cytological analyze. Which had been obtained by the exploration of secrets of prostate and the facts of histological analyze of byoptate of prostate.

Operative treatment of intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures
Abstract
The incidence of intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures is about 17-24% in structure of skeletal trauma. The dynamic hip screw and interlocking intramedullary nails are standard implants for the trochanteric fractures treatment. We treated 243 patients with proximal femoral fractures with the DHS, DCS, PFN, PFNA and TGN from 2003 to 2007. The mean age was 70,9 years. The long-term results were observed in 102 patients, at the period 3-6-12 months after operation. The intramedullary interlocking nailing provides stable fixation of all types of inter and subtrochanteric femoral fractures
