The invalidity level among urban population is higher, there are more disabled people of the second group of invalidity, it is equal to 48%. Divided by types of diseases the first place with 36.5% take individuals recognized as disabled due to the disease of blood circulatory system. Total economic damage caused by the disease of blood circulatory system is equal to 223 000 000 rub. per year.
