It has been established that 64 patient had mainly an acssudativ form of the inflammatory reaction, 49 patients had productive and 39 patients had proliferate phase of an acute inflammatory. PSA indexes more than 4 ng/ml have indicated the necessity of biopsy. This research, including the quantitative value of polumorphnonucleas leucocytes, eosynophyliq leucocytes, basophilic leucocytes, plasmatic cells, mononuclear leucocytes, and macrophages and fibroblast, has brought to light an absolute accordance of the facts cytological analyze. Which had been obtained by the exploration of secrets of prostate and the facts of histological analyze of byoptate of prostate.
