Abstract

In this article we analyse the problem of national identity in modern Russia. The analysis is based on the data obtained as a result of media-psychological research of outdoor advertisement. We focus on the role of the government's policy in the development of national conscience and positive identity. The research was carried out with the support of the Russian Humanitarian Scientific Foundation, 07-06-00147а «The Image of Russia in Advertising (on the example of the Moscow outdoor advertisement)».
