The positive of the international legal experience of the involvement of the law enforcement agencies of Russian Federation into the fight against legalization of criminal proceeds (on example of Interpol)
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the involvement of the law enforcement agencies of Russian Federation into the international police cooperation on the fight against the laundering of criminal proceeds. Within the scope of the study the legal base of the international police cooperation of Russian law enforcement agencies has been studied, as well as Interpol’s tools and its capacity. Practical conclusions have been made on its use by Russian law enforcement agencies while solving and investigating crimes connected with the legalization of criminal proceed.

Protection of cultural rights of the vulnerable groups: international legal aspects
Abstract
The article analyzes the cultural human rights. It is reported that the States today shall not only protect cultural rights in general, but also shall pay special attention to protecting the cultural rights of vulnerable groups (women, children, elderly, disabled, minorities, migrants, indigenous peoples and individuals living in poverty). On the basis of a number of international instruments, particularly the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, concluded that international legal protection of each vulnerable group has its own specific features.

A diplomatic agent and his inviolability
Abstract
This article considers some of the incidents occurred in the world with diplomatic agents, in particular attacks on them. Public service interpreting and translating: providing human rights and access to social justice
Abstract
The article analizes the role of public service interpreting and translation (PSIT) in today multicultural world. The EU multilingual polices and experience in providing human rights through language services are highlighted within the multilingualism and mediation issues. Relevant EU documents and projects are mentioned in respect of translator and interpreter training for public service provision. Public service interpreting and translating phenomenon is analysed and specified. Some universities providing specialized Master programs in public service interpreting and translating are mentioned as examples.

Linguistic and judicial aspects in the context of translating documents
Abstract
The major attention is laid on skill set of specialists in translating legal documents. The article analyses grammar and sentence structure and stresses that not only linguistic factors but judicial aspects should be taken into account in translating legal documents. Some errors may be made by translators while translating legal documents even though they are perfect in general English.

Interdisciplinary context of teaching English to masters at law faculty
Abstract
The paper is devoted to the issues of teaching English to non-linguistic Universities students in interdisciplinary context. The author’s experience of teaching English to masters studying at Law faculty of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia is analyzed. Teaching them make good use of adequate Law terminology in professional English-language communication is justified here. The necessity and actuality of professionally oriented English teaching in an interdisciplinary context, focused on the unique of its kind conceptual system of law learning, special literature translation, précis and annotation writing, case-study method using is stated in this paper.
