Abstract

The article analyzes bylaws. The purposes, missions, membership of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee are described. The author researches sources of legal regulation of foundation and function of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee, the categories of members, their duties and rights, the duties of General Meeting, Executive Board, Board, Supervisory Board and Scientific Board.
