Abstract
The article focuses on the formation and development of tsivilisticheskoy basis of international legal assistance in civil cases in Soviet law. The trends and patterns of development of the procedural institution. Analyzed acts of civil, family, torgovovgo, currency, copyright legislation in October 1917 and before the collapse of the Soviet Union.
