Network University of the CIS as a tool for development of academic mobility within a single (unified) educational space of the CIS member states
Abstract
The article presents the results of the project «Establishment of a network University of the CIS (2008-2010 years)» realization, aimed to establish a joint master's programs in the commonwealth, to strengthen international cooperation in the training of highly qualified specialists, specified tasks to further its implementation in 2010.

Pre-university training in computer science and office programming
Abstract
Some features of the teaching of ICT in terms of building plans and learning objectives, to be the forefront in preparing students for the preparatory phase (in secondary and higher schools) which brings mass teaching of computer science at an early stage to a qualitatively new level in accordance with modern requirements both in terms of national and international aspects are discussed in the article. The materials of the article are the basis for further development of modern EMC in accordance with the trends and the spirit of the time.

Model of educational field on the basis of technology of knowledge management
Abstract
The paper presents an approach to the description of educational field-based technologies for knowledge management. Two level system of knowledge representation, including the concepts of knowledge and training facilities is proposed. Such organization allows corporate knowledge management portal to easily adapt training to the individual needs of a learner.
