Abstract

There is a need to create the unified theory which is going to reveal didactic possibilities of electronic educational resources (EER). It is necessary to have a system of monitoring the implementation of hygiene rules while using EER. They should also correspond to educational standards, curriculum and teaching program, be regulated by time, the contents and created by a software specialist, a teacher, a psychologist in cooperation.
