BRAZIL AND ITS FOREIGN TRADE SECTOR: THE POSSIBILITY OF ECONOMIC SECURITY
Abstract
The article shows the economic dynamics of Brazil, including the external sector. Presented statistical data and their analysis confirm that in the Brazilian economy for the XXI century there are positive changes. These changes – structural changes, the growth of trade and inflow of foreign investments – determine the growth of interest in the country both in practical and in theoretical terms. However, the modern world economic system makes national economies vulnerable to external threats, and they are not spontaneous, but controllable, which requires that countries develop ways of increasing economic security.
COOPERATION OF THE COUNTRIES OF LATIN AMERICA REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
In article the task to analyse process of cooperation of the countries of Latin America in the sphere of a transfer of technologies is set. The main problems which are found on the way to productive and mutually beneficial cooperation are revealed and proved. The most perspective direction is interaction in integration groups, both regional, and international (MERCOSUR, BRICS, UNIDO, etc.). On the basis of the conducted research it was succeeded to present a number of the directions for further work promoting permission of difficulties to ways of the countries of Latin America to transition to a new level of development of innovative economy.
UAE IN THE PROCESS OF INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION OF CAPITAL IN 2005-2014
Abstract
United Arab Emirates – one of the fast growing developing countries on the Arabian Peninsula, whose importance in the global economy, the trade and migration of capital is growing steadily. The country managed to modernize and diversify the national economy and exports, to achieve the effectiveness of the national special economic zones to increase their participation in the integration cooperation within the framework of the cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) and become almost a regional leader. The article shows that in 2005-2014 took place unsustainable growth of investment indicators UAE. The author identified the main problems of the investment sector of the country.
OPPORTUNITIES OF RUSSIA-BAHRAIN COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF GEOINFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF SOCIAL-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRIES
Abstract
The article analyzes the possibilities of the use of space technologies in the economy of Bahrain in the framework of future cooperation with Russia. The conditions of implementation of the results of space activities for social and economic development of the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, the main directions of use of the Russian experience in the field of geoinformation technologies for Bahrain. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities of using modern geoinformation technologies in the tourism sector, the banking sector, spatial planning.
MECHANISMS AND INSTRUMENTS OF MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT APPEAL OF BRANCHES
Abstract
Needs of definition of concept investment appeal of sectors is considered in the article, analyzed mechanisms and instruments of management of investment appeal of the sector. The analysis of the existing mechanisms of management is submitted. Problems of the existing control system of investment appeal of branches are revealed. The author has allocated tools which can promote more effective management of investment appeal of branches.
INVESTMENT APPEAL OF BRANCH AND APPROACHES TO IT ASSESSMENT
Abstract
Needs of definition of concept investment appeal of sectors is considered in the article, approaches to it assessment are considered. Data on investment into the Russian sectors for last years are provided. The analysis of the Russian sectors, more attractive to investment, is carried out. Show ways how to evaluate the investment attractiveness of an industry for Russian and foreign investors. Conclusions were made about sectors that are losing interest from investors.
ECONOMIC STABILITY OF THE ENTERPRISES OF ELECTRICAL POWER SECTOR
Abstract
In article questions of functioning and economic stability of the companies of electrical power sector are considered. As a result of the conducted theoretical researches and the analysis of financial performance of the enterprises of electrical power sector, and also the analysis of factors which became a basis for increase in positive financial results of activity of the enterprises the original sequence of expedient and gradual liberalization of the market of the electric power taking into account the universal tendencies of complex and mutually agreed development which are power generating, the power distributive and power supplying companies is created. The recommendations for the enterprises of this branch containing the concept which is of practical interest to the enterprises are developed.
INFLUENCE OF BANKRUPTCY ON FORMATION OF THE TAX INCOME OF THE BUDGET
Abstract
In article the question of short-reception of means in the budget in connection with bankruptcy of the enterprises is considered. In work the conclusion is drawn on need of fight against the phenomenon of deliberate bankruptcy. Option of fight is creation of the interdepartmental commissions tracing a condition of the market subjects which are directly interacting with public authorities and local governments that will lead to reduction of short-reception of means in the budget, to reduction of bankruptcy of the enterprises in general and impossibility of deliberate bankruptcy.
APPLICATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF SYSTEM APPROACH IN THE ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS
Abstract
In article the problem of the analysis of efficiency of investment projects, with a possibility of the data together of various interests of potential investors, the accounting of difficult predicted changes in external environment in relation to the project, correct reflection of system of the taxation in the conditions of unstable economy is considered. Research of structure of the analysis of social and economic and commercial effectiveness of projects on the basis of calculation of key indicators of efficiency of investment projects is given. The way of a solution in the form of application of the principles of system approach is offered.
STATUS AND PROSPECTS OF THE FOOD MARKET OF RUSSIA IN CONDITIONS OF WTO MEMBERSHIP
Abstract
This study focuses on the problems of the state and the dynamics of the food market of Russia, and especially the foreign trade of our country's agricultural products and foodstuffs, with an analysis of international experience providing APK state support, identifying deficiencies to apply the Russian practice of supporting domestic producers of agricultural products, as well as critically examined aspects of food security, then we combine the data obtained from the four aspects of the findings and translating them to determine the characteristics of Russian food market transformation in the conditions of accession to the WTO. Possibilities of information industry to improve competitiveness while WTO membership.
REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE THEORY OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS
Abstract
Industrial clusters represent the form of placement of production arising in the course of economic globalization and now already became an important economic phenomenon. In article definition of the concept "industrial cluster" is given, in a chronological order the main theories of industrial clusters (the theory of external economy of A.Marshall, the theory of new economic geography of P.Krugman and the theory of competitive advantages of M.Porter) are considered, the short author's comment is given. At the end of article the assertion that development of industrial clusters promotes increase of competitiveness of production, strengthening of competitive advantages of regional clusters, and also satisfaction in the conditions of economic globalization of requirements of the international market of division of labor is made.
