Abstract
United Arab Emirates – one of the fast growing developing countries on the Arabian Peninsula, whose importance in the global economy, the trade and migration of capital is growing steadily. The country managed to modernize and diversify the national economy and exports, to achieve the effectiveness of the national special economic zones to increase their participation in the integration cooperation within the framework of the cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) and become almost a regional leader. The article shows that in 2005-2014 took place unsustainable growth of investment indicators UAE. The author identified the main problems of the investment sector of the country.
