In article the task to analyse process of cooperation of the countries of Latin America in the sphere of a transfer of technologies is set. The main problems which are found on the way to productive and mutually beneficial cooperation are revealed and proved. The most perspective direction is interaction in integration groups, both regional, and international (MERCOSUR, BRICS, UNIDO, etc.). On the basis of the conducted research it was succeeded to present a number of the directions for further work promoting permission of difficulties to ways of the countries of Latin America to transition to a new level of development of innovative economy.
В статье ставится задача проанализировать процесс сотрудничества стран Латинской Америки в сфере трансферта технологий. Выявлены и обоснованы основные проблемы, встречающиеся на пути к результативному и взаимовыгодному сотрудничеству. Наиболее перспективным направлением является взаимодействие внутри интеграционных группировок, как региональных, так и международных (МЕРКОСУР, БРИКС, ЮНИДО и т.д.). На основе проведенного исследования удалось представить ряд направлений для дальнейшей работы, способствующих разрешению сложностей на пути стран Латинской Америки к переходу на новый уровень развития инновационной экономики.
